| This job on my 1973 Land Rover was for the removal of 3 frozen and broken exhaust manifold studs that connect the downpipe. Earl did a great job with this tricky removal/replacement and I am completely satisfied with the outcome. The estimated cost was dead on. I'll be back for future work. Thank you! |

| All the guys at B & B were SO amazing to me. I came in pretty frazzled and displaced by my whole car situation (I had gotten in a fender bender a couple of hours prior that then caused my car to die in the middle of the highway), and I feel as though they really did everything they possibly could to make me feel at ease about it. It turned out my radiator was cracked pretty badly and had to be replaced. Once we settled all my paperwork and everything, the guys went out with me and popped the hood right there and quickly identified/actually showed me where the radiator was cracked. It made me feel a lot better about the situation; I found that, at B & B, they really try to make you part of the process and feel like you have some control in what's going on. Richard at the front desk walked me through my quote and was really great about it. He quoted me the worst-case scenario and the best-case scenario because he didn't want me to have any surprises (there was a part that was bent and they needed more time to assess the damage of) - which I REALLY appreciated. He has got to be the nicest, most genuine guy ever. The guys even offered to give me a ride home, a complementary service at their garage. They had my car done and ready to go in less than two days. When I went in to pay my bill and pick up my car, Richard came out from the back just to (SUPER sincerely) tell me to be careful from now on. (Did I mention these are the nicest guys ever?) Since then, my car is running really great; you wouldn't even know the whole fiasco had happened! In conclusion, I have definitely found my go-to garage in Austin. I will absolutely be back to B & B. |

| The atmosphere and interactions are genuine and honest. I liked the straightforward manner of interaction and the personal introductions of staff. Most importantly, I liked not having someone try to sell me services that I did not need at the time. That is why I tried B&B in the first place. |

| I'm getting a new car, one part at a time, and B & B makes it a pleasure! My 1998 Toyota Sienna has 189K miles, and B&B just replaced the valve lifters. When they were replacing the steering rack last month, the mechanic noticed an oil leak. So they cleaned the engine and asked me to bring it back in a week to see what the problem was. At the same time, they found a small leak in the power steering system. What I really like is that they did a localized fix on the PS (clamped a hose) and didn't try to sell me major repairs that weren't needed. They go above and beyond to do only repairs that are needed, give me informed choices about what we can do, and kill themselves looking for ways to save money on parts. I trust them completely! |

| Only had an hour to get my daughter's car state inspected before she needed it again. I called at 4:50, and they said they stopped taking cars at 5:00. I still had time to get there and told them I was bringing it in. They had the paperwork ready when I walked in the door, they got right on it, and I got the car back to her before 5:30. They were friendly and quick. |

| I am impressed with your personnel and service. Many years ago I brought in one of my vehicles and had a Y tube replaced. It was a fight to get the car back, a fight to get it right and I was charged what I thought was about twice what the service was. I promised myself not to come back. Fortunately your shop was open, willing to do the work and stood by your quoted price. You have won me back as a client. |

| The price paid actually came out to be slightly less than what was quoted over the phone. These guys are really professional, and stayed in communication with me throughout the repair process. They're a great shop. |
